The great thing is that rice protein powder contains all the essential amino acids that humans need. The body cannot produce these amino acids itself, which is why it must take them in through food. Hardly any protein is found in the rice grain; it consists mainly of carbohydrates. The protein is obtained from the rice bran, the outermost layer of the rice grain. The powder is manufactured in Krause Hof's in-house production facility in Germany.
