Krause Hof - Matcha Powder (250gr)
Matcha is a green tea traditionally used in Japanese tea ceremonies. The tea contains catechins as well as carotenes and vitamins A, B, C and E.
The green tea intended for Matcha is harvested from tea bushes that are usually shaded for four weeks before harvesting. This produces a delicate, dark green leaf. After harvesting, the tea leaves are steamed, dried and, after removing all coarse leaf vessels, ground into fine powder in stone mills.
Matcha tea has a very long tradition in Asia. You can use Matcha daily as a coffee substitute or mix up creative drinks e.g. Power Matcha with oat milk, coconut blossom sugar and a pinch of cinnamon.

Put 1-2g of the powder in a matcha bowl and pour 60-100ml of hot water at a temperature of about 80 degrees. Finally, whisk the tea preferably with a bamboo tea whisk so that a foam is formed & let it steep briefly.
Note: Do not exceed the specified daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and healthy lifestyle. The products should be stored out of reach of small children.
