What is Vitamin C?
Although vitamin C is nowadays certainly the best known vitamin at all, most people still associate it "only" with the immune-strengthening effect, especially in the cold winter months. That's why people like to take it preferably during this time, for example to protect themselves from a cold. That's good - but vitamin C can do much more. Much, much more.

Why in combination with OPC?
OPC has 20 times the antioxidant effect of vitamin C and is 40-50 times more potent than vitamin E. At the same time, OPC and antioxidant vitamins reinforce each other's effect. If vitamin C and OPC are taken together, OPC increases the effect of vitamin C tenfold. Because of this synergistic effect, it is recommended to take OPC and vitamins together.
