Omega-3 from NP Nutrition is a classic dietary supplement! Due to a modern-western diet rich in omega-6 and poor in omega-3, the natural balance of these two fatty acids is no longer given in most people. The result is a large omega-6 surplus, which omega-3 supplementation can counteract! Omega-3 from NP Nutrition is very high quality and contains 300mg of DHA and 400mg of EPA as well as a small amount of vitamin E (2mg). Vitamin E is added to the capsules to improve shelf life. Omega-3 is after all fish oil which without vitamin E would oxidize due to storage at room temperature.
