The organically bound tri-citrate form offered by us is characterized by a particularly high bioavailability.

Tri-magnesium dicitrate is about 50% more concentrated than conventional magnesium citrate. It is slightly basic, does not taste acidic and dissolves well in water. Like magnesium citrate, it is better absorbed in the small intestine than magnesium oxide. It can dissolve in the stomach independent of stomach acid.

Magnesium is a vital mineral. It is involved in very many metabolic processes of the body.

If you feel tired or tire quickly, this could indicate a magnesium deficiency. Muscle cramps are also a sign of depleted magnesium stores.
